A few days beyond the desk
Our Dubai offsite brought the team together away from the usual pace of markets, meetings and screens. It was a chance to spend time with people across trading, research, technology and operations in a completely different setting.
The days were kept simple: shared experiences, good food, conversations that rarely happen during a regular workday, and plenty of time together outside the office. More than a break from routine, it was an opportunity to reconnect as a team and return with a little more energy, familiarity and perspective.
